Directions for Cooking
- Wash and drain once or twice.
- Pour 2.5 cups of water for every 1 cup of corn grits. Soak for 15 minutes before cooking.
- Cook in medium heat, once boiling, set to low and stir occasionally.
- Finish on very low heat.
Note: Corn grits may also be mixed with other rice varieties.
